Shipping Coverage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We currently deliver to all locations <strong>within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)<\/strong>.<br>For <strong>international deliveries<\/strong>, please contact our support team at <strong><a>Respitechhealthcaremedical@gmail.com<br><\/a><\/strong> prior to placing your order to confirm delivery availability and charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Order Processing<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders are processed within <strong>1\u20132 business days<\/strong> after payment confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders placed after <strong>3:00 PM<\/strong> or on <strong>Fridays and public holidays<\/strong> will be processed on the next working day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will receive a <strong>confirmation message or email<\/strong> once your order has been dispatched.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Delivery Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimated delivery time after dispatch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dubai:<\/strong> 1\u20132 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman:<\/strong> 2\u20133 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Other Emirates &amp; Remote Areas:<\/strong> 3\u20135 business days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery times may vary based on location, courier operations, or unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Shipping Charges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Free delivery<\/strong> for orders above <strong>AED 500<\/strong> within the UAE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders below <strong>AED 500<\/strong> will incur a <strong>flat shipping fee of AED 25<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional charges may apply for <strong>heavy or oversized medical equipment<\/strong>. You will be informed of such charges before dispatch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Order Tracking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your order is shipped, you will receive a <strong>tracking number and link<\/strong> via email or SMS.<br>You can use this to track your shipment\u2019s progress until it reaches your doorstep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Delivery Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please ensure that the <strong>delivery address and contact number<\/strong> provided during checkout are accurate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliveries are made between <strong>9:00 AM and 8:00 PM<\/strong> (UAE time).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the customer is unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For large medical equipment, please confirm that your location has adequate access for delivery and installation (if applicable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
